The mission of the Brewton Police Department is to strive to encourage police officers and citizens to work together to be daily reminders of the important values that are a positive part of all our lives--honesty, respect, loyalty (to community and oneself); to be trustworthy and caring for each other; to be firm, but fair, in all situations; to reach our common goal to keep the peace.
The Brewton Police Department is led by Chief Matt Jordan. The Police Department consists of five divisions consisting of Patrol, Narcotics, Investigations, Communications, and Warrant Division. We are a goal-oriented, proactive police department, committed to serving the citizens of Brewton and maintaining the quality of life that residents have come to expect.
